Healthcare term for daily self-care activities. A measure of functional abilities. Toilet, bath, dress, etc.

BP  Blood Pressure

Pressure reading in the blood circulatory system measured for diagnosis or monitoring. Indicates force and rate of heartbeat as related to the diameter and elasticity of the arterial walls.

EDD  Employment Development Department

Department of California government that administers State Disability Insurance.

HR  Human Resources
